Join us for an interactive and fun aromatherapy workshop featuring:
- Fundamentals of Aromatherapy
- Guidelines for blending 9 essential oils (Bergamot, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Lavender, Peppermint, Rosemary, Tangerine, Tea Tree, and Ylang Ylang)
- Hands-on blending of essential oils by creating your own “sniffers” (cotton pads saturated with essential oils, sealed in baggies)
- Aromatherapy safety and essential oils tips
- Valuable charts and handouts

| Maria Quezada is the CEO and founder of Aromatherapy Now LLC dba Mount Olympus Wellness. She is a certified aromatherapist with more than 15 years in the field and is a specialist and practitioner who uses the art and science of healing with the aromas of essential oils. She is also a Reiki Master, licensed esthetician, holistic life coach, and founder of the Reiki Natural™ Skin Care Line (www.reiki-natural.com).
